Hello Fitness Enthusiasts!, Hopefully this note finds you well and enjoying good health & and having an wonderful start to the fall season. This past summer Brooks and I finally finished all the major renovations at our studio that started last October when we purchased the building. It's been a long and exhausting process, but now the place looks great! We would love to share it with you.
Classes
Zumba! - Mondays - 6 pm Tuesdays - 7 pm Saturdays - 10:30 am
This is a fusion of Latin & International music, dance and exercise moves that when put together ~ create a dynamic, exciting and effective workout! Zumba is based on the principle that workouts should be “FUN & EASY TO DO” This class is designed for all ages & all abilities ~ So what are you waiting for? “Ditch the workout and join the party”!
Zumba Power and Tone- Thursdays 7pm. This class builds on what you already love about Zumba except this class includes easy but concentrated movements to tone your glutes, thighs and more! This class will conclude with floor work to add even more concentration to the abs, biceps...and maybe even challenge those glutes a bit more! As always, most everyone can do this workout and you will be having so much fun...you won't even know you're working out!!
Kirpalu Yoga - Wednesdays 6pm - This practice of yoga invites your body to stretch & tone it's muscles, release tension & de-stress and refresh. It invites your mind to calm it's restless thoughts, cultivates concentration & supports mental clarity and confidence. It works with one's spirit to encourage self-acceotance, honors inner wisdom and invites peace & relaxation.
Kripalu Yoga w/ Martha Ayres - Saturdays 9 -10:15 am $14.00 per class or discounted multiple class session

Reiki Healing Arts Session (Private)
What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
